Replenish your Minerals with SolÉ Water

WHAT IS SolÉ wATER?

Sole water is a type of saltwater solution that has become increasingly popular in recent years for its health benefits. Made by dissolving high-quality salt in water, sole water is said to help balance the body's pH levels, boost hydration, and support overall wellness.

Learn how I added this simple habit to my morning routine:

I first heard about sole water from Dr. Dianna Minich who talks about a supersaturated salt solution to hydrate your body better and obtain minerals. You may have heard that sodium plays an essential role in maintaining fluid balance in your body. In fact, inadequate sodium intake can lead to dehydration and water loss.

One of the main benefits of sole water is its ability to promote hydration. When added to water, the high-quality salt in sole water can help to improve the body's absorption of water, allowing it to stay hydrated for longer periods of time. This can be especially beneficial for people who exercise frequently or who live in hot, dry climates.

Sole water is also believed to help balance the body's pH levels. Many health experts believe that an acidic body environment can contribute to a range of health problems, from fatigue and headaches to more serious conditions like cancer. By promoting an alkaline environment in the body, sole water is thought to help prevent these health issues from arising.

Finally, sole water is rich in a number of important minerals, including magnesium, potassium, and calcium. These minerals are essential for maintaining strong bones, healthy muscles, and a strong immune system. Drinking sole water regularly can help to ensure that you're getting these important nutrients in your diet.

how to make and use solÉ water

You'll need:

  • Himalayan salt crystals

  • You also need a container like a mason jar

  • Filtered water

Step 1: Add Himalayan salt to a wide-mouth jar or mason jar until it’s a quarter of the way full.

Step 2: Fill the jar with water and close it. Make a gap in case you need to add more salt later. Let it sit for 24 hours allowing for the water to become fully saturated with Himalayan Crystal Salt.

Step 3: Keep the jar covered to avoid evaporation and dust. Don’t use metallic lids. Salt stones should always be visible in the jar. I store mine on the kitchen counter so I can remember to take it every single day upon awakening.

Step 4: If there is still salt in the jar the next day, the water is saturated and ready to use. If all of the salt has dissolved, add little quantities to the water and wait until the salt no longer dissolves. This is how you'll know the water is entirely saturated.

This drink is high in active minerals and elements, as well as trace minerals like potassium, magnesium, and calcium. All bodily systems including your hard-working adrenal glands require minerals to function properly, and when we are stressed, we need to replenish the minerals our bodies burn off. Adding extra minerals is a great place to start, and solé water is an effective, easy, and inexpensive way to do so.

Solé water is a very hydrating drink that can be made in under five minutes. To rehydrate after a night's sleep, add a teaspoon to your morning glass of water, with lemon.

" The easiest, fastest way to hydrate and energize your cells and body is with Sole "

Overall, the benefits of sole water are numerous. Whether you're looking to improve your hydration, balance your pH levels, or get more essential minerals in your diet, this simple yet powerful drink may be worth adding to your daily routine.

Note:

Since sole water is made from only water and pink Himalayan salt, it does not cause any negative side effects in a healthy person who consumes it in small and controlled amounts. If you have hypertension or high sodium levels speak to your health provider before trying it.
